BIG, SMALL and GRAB-n-GO
Share
One of my staff, our "Original Cynthia" shares with customers her belief that everyone should have a minimum of three projects kitted up and in progress. Her three projects are: the BIG canvas (the project that is large in size and going to take forever), a SMALL project that you work on when the big one is just overwhelming, and a GRAB-n-GO, kitted up and ready to travel with you. It’s pretty sound stitching advice. It allows you to stitch a variety as well as have a sense of accomplishment when a project is finished. Unfortunately for me, I’ve surpassed the count of three and have so many projects on stretcher bars that I’m afraid to count them. But for those of you who haven’t went too crazy with starting a lot of projects, I’d agree with Cynthia’s advice and recommend you have three projects ready: The BIG CANVAS, the SMALL PROJECT, and the GRAB-n-GO.
